University Level Information

GC Higher Education
Vocationally focused higher education courses which can lead you straight to a career, or act as a stepping stone to a higher qualification such as a bachelor’s degree, if you go on to complete a ‘top up’ course.
A range of HNCs are offered, which are equivalent to the first year of university, and HNDs, which are generally equivalent to the second year of university. Students can also complete a Foundation Degree in a number of subject areas, which is equivalent to two thirds of a full honours degree.

GROWS – GAP Project
