The Admissions Team is committed to providing a quality experience for all Gloucestershire College applicants and we want to make sure you are aware of the online services available to keep you informed about your application at all times.
To access these services applicants must have applied online via the Gloucestershire College website. If applications are submitted by paper application form, completed over the telephone or through separate application services (i.e. UCAS) the facilities described below will be unavailable through the Gloucestershire College website.
How do I access my online applicant profile?
You can access your online applicant profile by following the four simple steps below:
- Visit www.gloscol.ac.uk
- Select "LOG IN" at the top of the page
- Enter the email address you used to apply for your course
- Enter the password contained in the "Welcome to Gloucestershire College" email confirmation, which you would have received when you registered your account.
Having trouble finding your password?
Check your inbox and junk/spam folders for the email subject "Welcome to Gloucestershire College". If you're unable to find your password you can always request a reset by selecting the "I've forgotten my password" option just under the email address section. Usually, this email takes no more than five minutes to arrive in your inbox.

Want to know what stage your application is at? Simply select the "MY APPLICATIONS" option on the "MY PROFILE" homepage to get a live view of your application whenever you like!
Make decisions about your applications
Ready to accept an offer for your first-choice course? You can make decisions about your applications and sit back knowing our Admissions Team will process your decisions on your behalf. Select the "MY APPLICATIONS" option on the "MY PROFILE" homepage to see what decision options are available to you.
Please be aware that during certain points in the Admissions Process, decision options will be turned off to ensure every applicant is given the best opportunity to join their first-choice course.
Request changes to your profile
Need to update your details? You can request changes to your personal information by selecting the "CHANGE PROFILE" option on your "MY PROFILE" homepage.
You can request to change:
- Address and telephone/mobile numbers
- Emergency contact information
Once your request has been reviewed, the Admissions Team will make the requested changes to your profile within two working days. Please note that some personal information is locked due to system requirements. If any of the personal details that are locked are incorrect please contact the Admissions Team who will confirm your details and start the process of making the requested change.
