“I always had a passion for travelling when I was younger, so I thought that this would be the perfect course to study. I wanted to learn more about the industry I love - my dream career is to work for a large travel company such as Virgin Atlantic.

“I really enjoy the way in which my work is assessed on my course, which is 100% assignments based. I prefer this to exams, as it allows you to go back to previous work to develop on it and achieve higher criteria.

“The best thing about my time at GC has been getting the chance to volunteer with the Atlantic Whale Foundation (AWF) for 16 days. This really helped with my communication skills and confidence. I’m now fundraising to go to Sri Lanka with the AWF to help local communities.”
