When I first started the course, I hardly put my hands up to answer questions and I wouldn't do a single presentation but now I'm preparing to pitch a business idea and now I'm getting involved more so it's bringing out my confidence. I really liked our customer service unit because we practiced real-life job interviews which did actually help me when I came to applying for jobs and I'm sure it will help me for when I'm applying for apprenticeships as well.
From my work experience week, I travelled to London where I stayed there for five days and I got to see what it was like to be in a marketing career for the first time. There's a lot of good facilities here at the forest campus. We've got a big open cafeteria where you can interact with other people and talk to them about what they're doing.
After my course, I'm going to be looking at all the different marketing apprenticeships so I'm going to start the application process and then see what options suit me most.
