"Going to uni was never on my list of things to do and I wanted a job I loved and could progress in. Because Superdry is such a globally expanding brand I felt like the apprenticeship was the perfect opportunity for me.

I'm not 100% sure what I want to do after my apprenticeship, but I've started to figure out where my strengths and weaknesses are. I'm going to be taking over the company inductions on my own, which will definitely help with my confidence and could lead to a training role at Superdry in the future."
