Meg Evans
GC exposed me to so many different creative practices and shaped me into the multidisciplinary designer I am today.
Skills I developed include book binding, screen printing, life drawing, painting and sculpture, using a range of resources such as a printing press, screen printing facilities, a magic cupboard full of materials and iMacs loaded with Adobe software.
I loved the relaxed nature of the course. I felt really at home at GC and found it the perfect environment to be creative. The teaching staff were all approachable and happy to share their wealth of knowledge.
Since completing the course, I went on to achieve a first-class degree in design at Goldsmiths College University of London. I’m now a Graduate Learning Facilitator at a university, as well as a freelance designer and podcast producer working with clients such as international Artbag Artist, Debra Franses and ex-Gucci Buyer, Alexandra Gnjatovic.
