Jada Scott

We get to work on some exciting projects. I love sampling with different materials and techniques, and am creating a range of scarves for my final major project that focus on surface pattern and print techniques. I have also built up some good CAD skills in Adobe Photoshop. We have a heat press and overlocker, and lots of the same equipment I’ve seen in university studios.

All students are treated equally by lecturers; supporting us both with college work and home life. I’ve made great friends with common interests, although we have all grown to become very individual designers. Once I complete my course, I’m going to study Fashion Promotion and Communication at university – my college course helped me to find the area of fashion to focus on.
