“During my time at GC I found the help from my tutors was very one-to-one when you needed it, with plenty of praise and encouragement, which in hairdressing is a big help as a lot of it is based on confidence in yourself.

“After gaining four years of experience working in salons, I have been inspired to go down the same path as my lecturers and teach. I’ve returned to college to study towards a BTEC Award in Education and Training, which I hope will enable me to come back and teach what I love doing.”
