“I’ve always wanted to go into film and chose GC because I liked the sound of the course. I was also able to get a bursary alongside my student loan.

I enjoy collaborating on projects like music videos, documentaries and short films. The work experience my lecturers have encouraged me to do has given me a knowledge of working on sets.

This year I was over the moon to win an award for my camerawork at the Student Royal Television Society Awards. It has really boosted my confidence and encouraged me to continue pursuing a career as a Director.”
