We decided to take on work experience students because they bring in fresh new ideas and have modern views similar to our company ethos. Our customers are always interested in the students as our clientele are quite arty and bohemian, as are the students! 

Students gain experience in lots of different ways working with us, they are on the shop floor offering sales advice and customer service, so need a level of professionalism and communication. They will also be revamping some of the clothing items which is exciting for them and every piece is unique and sold on the shop floor. 

We look for students that are creative, customer focused hard working and love the fashion world.
