Work experience is important for students as it helps them to grow and develop their personal skills. Bringing youth to the sector means we get new, fresh, current ideas as the practice is ever changing.
Daily tasks would include planning activities for supervised play and building relationships with the Children. They read stories to them, draw with them and have lots of fun to help them develop.
When we interview for work experience students we look for enthusiasm and a general real interest in children with a strong positive outlook and good communication skills.
