Are you a Student or Employer? Find out how you can get started with T Levels.
How business can support T Levels
We invite local employers to support our T level learners by offering an industry placement that will both benefit your business and teach young people the skills you look for in an employee.
A student will be invited to work with you for around 45 days, developing skills and building confidence. Placement times can be arranged to fit in with your needs.
By helping nurture and develop local talent, your organisation will benefit from cost effective recruitment for entry level jobs and apprenticeships that will bring in motivated and creative people. In addition, it provides an opportunity to upskill your staff with the chance to mentor a young person.
