What support do we provide?
We understand moving schools can be a big commitment, which is why we have specialised support in place to ensure you have the best possible experience during your time with us, from further education right through to university level or an apprenticeship.
As soon as you start your course, you will be matched with a Student Mentor who will be there for you during your studies, by helping you stay on track. Not only this, you will have access to specialist teams such as Learning Support, Careers, Employment, Mental Health and Safeguarding officers.
Gain meaningful work experience
Did you know we have links with over 1200 local employers? This is just one of the reasons why our industry standard workshops at our Forest of Dean campus have been built to mirror the working world.
Throughout your studies, we will help match you up with an employer with the aim of completing 100 hours of continuous professional development (CPD). In doing so, you will gain meaningful work experience, helping you stand out from the crowd.
