Fund training using your apprenticeship levy
The training costs for an apprenticeship can be fully funded through your apprenticeship levy.
If your organisation doesn't pay the apprenticeship levy (you have a wage bill of less than £3 million), you can still train new and existing staff through apprenticeships:
- If your company has less than 50 employees and you take on a 16-18 year old, you are entitled to receive the training completely free of charge.
or
- Your business will pay just 5% of the training costs (the government funds the rest)
