As part of the GC team, you’ll receive a great range of resources and support, including professional development days and strong links with industry, keeping you up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
Due to be completed this autumn, the sustainable centre will be a thriving hub of activity, equipping students with key green skills needed to futureproof their careers. Once complete, the centre will feature 10 plumbing bays, 12 electrical bays, and 20 bays for carpentry, as well as 4 classrooms.
The 14,000 square-foot sustainable construction centre across the ground and first floor, received £70,000 from the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and £4m from the Post 16 Capacity Fund, the centre will be equipped to train 164 learners with sustainability at the core.
