Diverse teams are more innovative and tackle things more creatively, whilst creating a positive atmosphere that values the work of individuals.
But some industries aren't very diverse. We want to empower students to make that change.
Our students are one of our most powerful forces for change. Over the past few weeks we've been speaking with them and we're celebrating those who want to change the future - by inspiring our future students.
