Parking is usually available for staff and students.

• Staff are required to register their vehicle details on the College Authorised Vehicle Database*, and payment is deducted through Payroll at the appropriate rate.

*Staff parking registration is available on GC Passport.

• Students are required to purchase an annual permit* at a cost of £1.50 and either display a valid Pay & Display ticket in their vehicle windscreens, hold a valid Pay by Phone session via the JustPark app or pay on the parking website.

All users of the car park must abide by the Terms and Conditions. Failure to do so could result in you being issued with a Parking Charge Notice of £80, reduced to £40 if paid within 14 days. 

The car park is managed by NSGL Parking on behalf of Gloucestershire College.

Gloucester Campus

Terms & Conditions apply 24/7

Parking is restricted to staff and official visitors before 16:30 term-time weekdays. 

The car park operates at Pay & Display to students and the general public after 16:30 term-time weekdays, and from 07:00 weekends, bank holidays and during College holidays.

• Staff are required to register their vehicle details on the Authorised Vehicle Database*; payment for parking is deducted through Payroll at the appropriate rate.

• Students are required to either display a valid Pay & Display ticket in their vehicle windscreens, hold a valid Pay by Phone session via the JustPark app or pay on the parking website. Student parking at Gloucester campus is only available after 16:30*
• Visitors if you are visiting a contact, please ask your contact to reserve parking.
• Members of the general public Pay & Display parking is available after 16:30

We are unable to offer student parking in the College car parks during the day. The nearest Pay and Display is the Council’s Castlemeads Car Park, within a 5 minute walk of the campus, open between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00.

Important!

If you are driving to the Gloucester Campus, please be aware that there are restrictions in place at Llanthony Bridge and ticketing is being enforced. If you use Llanthony Road from Southgate Street to access the College, you will incur a fine.

Please approach the College by either the A430 or take the Severn Road off the A4301.

Forest of Dean Campus

There are currently no parking registration or payment requirements at the Forest of Dean Campus, but staff and students must comply with all relevant parking regulations in force at both Gloucester and Cheltenham Campuses if using car parks at those sites.

BY ENTERING, WAITING AND REMAINING ON THE CAR PARK OR PARKING RESTRICTED AREA, THE DRIVER ENTERS A CONTRACT WITH US TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AREA AND TO PAY ANY PARKING CHARGE THAT BECOMES DUE.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN THE KEEPER DETAILS BEING REQUESTED FROM THE DVLA TO PURSUE PAYMENT OR ISSUE A PARKING CHARGE NOTICE BY POST.  IF ACTION IS REQUIRED TO RECOVER THE CHARGE, A REASONABLE ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE ADDED.

IF THE PARKING CHARGE NOTICE IS PAID WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DATE OF ISSUE THE PARKING CHARGE NOTICE WILL BE REDUCED TO £40.00

A PARKING CHARGE NOTICE MAYBE ISSUED TO THE SAME VEHICLE FOR EACH 24-HOUR PERIOD.

WHEN YOU ENTER, WAIT OR OTHERWISE REMAIN IN THE AREA YOU AGREE TO THE COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENFORCEMENT; TO ENSURE YOU ARE COMPLYING WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TO ENFORCE THESE AS REQUIRED; AND FOR CAR PARK MANAGEMENT (FOR EXAMPLE REPORTING ON VEHICLE TURNOVER AND REPEAT VISITS).   WE WILL PROCESS DATA OBTAINED IN ORDER TO FULFIL OUR CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS.
